Young Vigilants

First chapter

The story is about five guys who want to become superheroes. In a world where superpowers are under the control of the state, the only way to do this, is to take very expensive courses. But they will try to reach their goal by doing the vigilants, gaining fame and fans, so the state will have to officially accept them.
